In my situation, is visiting India and returning in 3 weeks not a great idea?

Hello,

I've my visa stamped until Jan 29th 2019. My H1 extension is assumed to be filed in Dec 2018.
If I travel to India on 1st Nov and return Nov 25 (3 weeks stay), because I'll have only 2 more months of visa left during my return, will I be questioned or any chances that I'll face any uncommon/unexpected problems? ( at port of entry etc.)

Has anyone experienced any issues when only 2 months of visa is left during returning to US?
