visa dates in mumbai consulate for H1B stamping

Hi,

I am travelling with my family to India in December and want to schedule dates for H1B stamping. However, as of today (Oct 22, 2018), the Mumbai consulate OFC as well as the Consulate does not show any dates available for December and onwards. In comparison, consulates at Kolkata, Chennai, etc show dates available in December, January and even later. Any idea how far in advance we can book visa dates in Mumbai consulate?

Following this. Faced the same issue and I have no other option. Didn't want to fly out to another consulate but looks like that would be the only option left if dates in Bombay don't open.
