H1B Dropbox but asking Fingerprint and interview in New Delhi

Hi Guys,

On October 16th, I submitted my passport for Dropbox in Chandigarh.
Then on October 26th later in the day, I could see my 'Passport ready to pick up' status on website.
My father collected it on Monday morning (today on October 29th) on my behalf.

However, when he checked inside he found a white printout saying that I have to appear for Fingerprints and Interview both before 10 AM on any business day.

But he had left from that dropbox point by the time I knew about it.
So can anyone help me knowing where exact I have to appear first - for the Fingerprints or for the Interview, as they have 2 different locations for both.

Any help will be really appreciated, as I am planning to go to Consulate tomorrow (Interview location) first.

Hey! Did you receive any update? I too dropped documents at New Delhi consulate on 15th October but have not heard anything from the embassy or consulate. No additional documents are needed as well. Let's keep in touch if you hear anything from the embassy. Also, what was the email address that you got email from? Would you please share details. Thanks!
