Processing date to compare

The I797C says (Receipt of application):

Receipt Date: 07-apr-06
Notice Date: 27-apr-06

The VSC processing date (https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/js...Center=Vermont) shows they are processing case for Apr-02.

Now, the question in my mind is with which date (07-apr-06 OR 27-Apr-06) I compare this Apr-02 ?

This is very helpful to find when the case will be approved.

I think u shd compare that with the reciept date cos thats the day when ur H1 was actually filed.
