Hi All,
Current Situation :
My current visa is till Jan 15 2019.
I got a new offer and the attorney of the new company will filling for the H1B transfer by end of November.
since Premium is stopped it will take longer time to get processed.
and my current employer will also file the extension for me at end of November.
Query :
If the H1B trasfer is not adjudicated before Jan 15 2019 and also H1b Extension is not adjudicated till Jan 15th. i will be in the 240 days period of stay waiting for the decision.
during that 240 days will my H1b transfer be still a valid application. or i should wait until my H1b Extension is approved to get the H1b Transfer.
