    H4 Need Urgent help

    My H-1B visa extension gets denied after RFE and My employer is supposed to received the hard copy of notice on Nov 27, 2018. My i-94 already expired on June 20.
    Currently my wife is working on H-1B visa.

    Can I apply H4 without leaving US?
