H1B To F1 While in USA

Hi Friends

My H1B extension have been denied recently and I am planning to pursue a full time MS from USA University. I got admission in one of school but i have below questions :

1. Can i change my status from H1B to F1 while being in USA ?
2. Can My dependents change their status from H4 to F2 while being in USA ?

yes you can do

yes you can do both. however it takes time.
