Hello,
I know that any days outside US wouldn't be counted towards 6 years of H1B stay. But when a candidate is outside the US to attend a family emergency but works remotely from home, would those days be claimed outside the US or not when calculating max out date?
I've heard someone saying though you are outside US, you should be on leave to be able to claim those against the 6 years H1B thing. Please share your experience or thoughts. Thanks in advance.
