I have applied for H1b from my current company and waiting for H1b to get apporved, I should receive H1b visa from current company in 1 month. I have received a job offer from a new company.
When can I transfer to a new company. Is it safe to transfer after USCIS receives my H1b application in a week or two week or is it safe to transfer after my H1b transfer is approved by USCIS under the new company. How long do I have to wait to transfer to new company? Please can you guide me. Your response is highly appreciated.
