    H4 COS to H1 with expired I94

    Hi,

    I am currently in h1 to h4 COS with petition pending with USCIS. My h1 ended on Aug 31, 2018 and my i94 expired on Nov 20, 2018. Is it possible for a new employer to file h1 for me and what are my options in securing a H1? I have been on H1 for the past 4 years. Any inputs is highly appreciated.
