[Urgent] Travel to India after H1B transfer before joining the new employer

I am currently employed at company A. Company A filed for H1b this year and it was picked and approved. I got an offer from Company B and they filed for H1b transfer and it is approved recently. I want to travel to India before I join company B. Can I travel to India on Company A's I 797 approval notice, get my visa stamped, come back to US and then transfer to Company B?

1) Will it have any impact on the approved H1b transfer?
2) Will there be any issues when I go for visa stamping in India?

Travel to India pending H1 transfer approval

I am in a similar situation, not the same. I am working at Company A and have filed DS-160 to get my visa stamp in India. I am planning to travel in January 2019. In the next 2 weeks, I will be accepting new position at company B - which is December 2nd week. Company B is transferring my H1B. What is the risk if I go to India with pending H1 transfer process? How would it affect my visa interview?

How should I go about this process?
