H4 Question Help me senior members

Hi Senior members

I got H1 visa stamping in dubai counsilate. i got H1 visa stamped for 3 years at a time but my wife H4 visa stamped for 5 years . i have H1 extension next month at the same time i will apply for H4 Extension also. but question is about my wife H4.. she has visa stamped validity until july 2008. ..after her H4 extension if she go india is she has to go for restamping.. or this visa is enough to her. somebody told me after extension H4 file numbers will be diffrence so she has to go for stamping again as per new extension..iam confuses why dubai counsilate people gave my wife H4 visa for 5 years.. iam little bit confuse about it so could u plz help me out about this issue.

The only criteria for entering the US is that you should have a valid visa at the time of entering the US. And while you are there in the US your status will be determined by the I 94. So just make sure that you adhere to these rules.
