H4 Dependent was in India when my employer filed extension to USCIS in USA, what next
My dependent was in India when my employer filed extension to USCIS in USA. She is back to USA now, do I need to file H4 extension again? Is she legal to stay in USA now? She has valid i94 valid till next 5 months.
