First time H1B visa stamping - Mumbai, Nov 21- still AP

Hello,

I had my visa interview in Mumbai on 21 November. During the interview, I was told that my visa was approved and would receive in 2-5 business days.
Its been 3 weeks since and it still shows administrative processing.

My timeline:
Nov 21 - Interview
Nov 21 - Case created
Nov 29 - Administrative processing
There is no update after that,

What must I expect at this point? I am being asked to wait patiently but I really don't know for how long?
Is anyone else facing similar situations as such?
