Hi,
I am on H4 EAD and My Current company A.
- A has filed my H1B (becuase i have still some years available from original 6 years of H1B). Now status of this H1B is pending.
- I want to join Company B on H4EAD and eventually they will start my H1.
what will happen if I joined company B and H1B from company A is approved before B file. What will happen to my status will it be H1 or H4? Can i simply ignore H4 status from Company A?
