H1B transfer while current transfer is pending

    H1B transfer while current transfer is pending

    Hi,
    I was with company A on H1B. 11/16/2018 was my last day with Company A.
    Company B filed the H1B transfer petition to USCIS. USCIS received company B's petition on 11/16/2018 and I started working for company B from 11/19/2018.
    Now, I have an offer from Company C. Can they file the H1B transfer and can I start working for company C on receipt? Any inputs on how this works will be greatly helpful.
