H1B Transfer - Is Multiple Submission allowed???

Hi,

I have H1B with Company A. After working more than 1.5 years, I thought of transfering to another Company. I got offer from Company B and file my H1B Transfers. I have the reference number. Now I got better offers from Company C and Company D. Can I accept the offer and allow Company C and Company D to file my H1B transfer application, so that I may take a decision after a while where to join? I know we can have multiple H1B. But my question is can I file transfer of H1B thru multiple companies? Please help.

Yes you can ! And you can start working for a company as soon as you have a receipt number from USCIS and valid I 94.
