Hi All,
Recently I got my H1B extended but unfortunately employer lost my EMPLOYEE'S/ATTORNEY'S original copy of I-797A approval notice which contains the 'I-94' in the lower portion.
They have provided the EMPLOYER'S original copy of I-797A approval notice which doesn't have the I-94 details.
Under such circumstance, Can I take the visa interview at the consulate in India when I travel? any chances of delay in getting visa stamped?
