Dear Friends,
I have one query on H1-B visa.
I am planning for India trip in near future.
Is it advisable to travel back to USA on H1B visa when it is due for expiry in 10 days?
I do not have to go for stamping in india as I am travelling before expiry of Visa.
for ex: if Visa is expiring on say 10 JAN, will I be ok to travel back to USA from India on /around 1st Jan?
I am planning to keep the papers ready and let me employer filed it (with new I-94) once I come back.
