Can My Travel on F2 When my H1b Visa is in progress
Hi,
My H1b is in progress and my wife travelled to India and planning to return in a month..
what if my H1b is approved Just 1 weeks or few days before her travel date back to US, will she be stopped at port of entry? And if she has good amount of time should she get H4 stamped in India or can She travel back on F2 to US ?
