Hi all,
I'm currently employed with employer A with my H1 transfer to employer B already approved.
I have a valid visa stamped with employer A till September 2020. I have few questions as I would want to travel to India before joining employer B.
1. I resign my current job with employer A, serve the notice period and travel to India. After coming back I will be joining employer B. So its like being without a job during my stay (probably 25-30 days) in India. Will this be of any harm?
2. Is 25-30 days too much?
3. I will come back to the US a week before my actual joining date with employer B to my current location and then plan my shifting to new location (employer B location). Will this be of any harm at POE?
Also please let me know if there's something else that I might need to know in this particular scenario. TIA
