Hi all,
I applied for H4 EAD and H4 extension together. Its valid till Mid March 2019. Today I received my new EAD card but have the same date mentioned as previous EAD card I hold. Upon checking my H4 extension approval - It's still pending. So weird, called USCIS and they gave a case number on this.
I'm not worried about the money gone but now my H4 approval is pending last 4 months and I have to wait for this to get approved. Then, I have to file H4 EAD again and have to wait another 4 months :-( will loose my job
Pls suggest what to do, not sure how did USCIS approved my EAD when H4 is still pending. H1B is already approved till 2020 and was hoping will get this all sorted out by Feb
