Company B files H-1B extension petition on November 13, 2018
Company A's petition approved on November 14, 2018
Company B's petition approved on November 15, 2018
I chose Company A (client) as my full time employer and started working as FTE on November 16, 2018.
The question is whether I'm in valid H-1B status pursuant to the approved Company A's petition? Since Company B’s petition was approved last, is it possible that this petition controls my status and I'm out of status right now?
