Hi All,
My wife was working for a company on H4 EAD. She got her H1 Approved from that company just before few weeks and her status was transferred from H4 to H1.
Now company needs to do some cost cutting and my wife's position might get impacted.
If she gets laid off and not able to find a new job on H1, can she move back to H4 (without going out of US) and then start working on her previous H4 EAD?
