Hi,
My company has responded to my H1B RFE in July 2018 and I still haven't received any response from USCIS. A service request to USCIS was also raised a week back and they responded that they don't have any specific timeframe and will work on my case based on available resources. My company doesn't file new H1 in April, 2019, if I haven't received response from USCIS for current H1 by first week of March, 2019, which makes me to lose the chance of applying another H1.
Please let me know if anyone has experienced the same situation or how much time does USCIS take to make a decision on H1.
