Filing new H1B when another is in process
I have filed my H1b petition in 2018 April and I received RFE (specialty occupation) from USCIS in October 2018. My employer has replied in January 2019.
If I don't get update or approval from USCIS by March 2019 ending, can I file new H1b petition for 2019 or do I need to wait until USCIS gives an update on my petition?
Please help on my further steps
