Hello,
I was given misdemeanor about a year ago for Hit and Run and case was dismissed after successful completion of PTI Program later on in a month of so. Recently I went for Background check through FBI and FBI rap sheet do not show any short of arrest record or anything though they took my right hand thumb print on Misdemeanor notice.
what do I suppose to answer in DS-160 regarding have you been ever arrested or not ? since FBI rapsheet is clean ? I am about to go for H1-B visa stamping in a month.
