Hi,
I have recently applied for h1 extension. I would like to know if i am eligible to get an extension of 3 years.
1. original date of entry into US - May 2002
2. last entry into US - jan 2006
3. duration of stay in US with multiple visits into home country - less than 3 years.
So technically i am eligible for another 3 years of extension. However my question is do I need to produce copies of all I-94s as a proof, which i dont have (innocence)
What i could produce though is the stamps of arrival and departure records proving the fact that I was in US for less than years. Would this be suffificent.
My attorney is yet to get back on this info. Would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks
