Hi,
I have an expired H1b petition (Validity - 01-Sep-2016 to 25-Dec-2018). My employer plans for Cap - Exempt Processing to renew my H1b. Currently the premium processing has been suspended and so we are going to start regular processing. My questions are
i. when will I get the receipt notice for regular processing?
ii If I get a receipt notice can my employer proceed with stamping prior to receiving approval notice
