Hi All,
My current role is CSA (Computer System Analyst ) and i am based out of Seattle location so my salary was lesser as compared to my collegues who have Computer Programmer roles so i m thinking of changing my role to CPC .
Is changing from CSA to CPC will have any effect on my extn process. I have heard that mostly where people who are making role changes there ext are getting denied. Let me know if any one has any idea on this and should i do the same or not.
