Hi All,
I have a H1 B approved petition. I have not stamped it yet but the validity had expired in Oct 2018 . The H1 was obtained from my previous employer and my current employer would like to transfer the expired H1 B .
My current employer is a growing company and we do not have legitimate people to give us proper advise . Having said that I have three questions,
(i) Can the H1 B be transferred from the previous employer to the current employer?
(ii) Please advise on the period until which we can get the H1 B transferred so that I can skip the lottery process.
(iii)Once the H1 B is transferred successfully ,what is the next process that I have to go through
