Hi,
Not sure this question has been already asked or not, but couldn't find one.
I am on H4 EAD working as contractor but do I still need to be part of my spouse's H1B (I140 approved) Medical Insurance along with my kids.
a) Can I apply Individual Medical Insurance based on my income only for myself ?
b) Once we get the GC, is Medical Insurance still mandatory for the family ?
