My i485 AOS was approved. I have not received the approval notice yet.
My new employer filed H1B for me just before the approval of i485.
If my H1B gets approved, will it impact my approved i485 ?
Should I ask the lawyer to withdraw my H1B ?
Anything else you think I should be aware of ?
