Hi
I am planning to go to India to get my H1 Stamped. Have the following questions as I am filling up the DS 160 form and Applicant Profile for Appointment:
DS 160:
a. What should be my current address ? I have been in chicago for the last 2 years, should I put the Indian address or the US address?
b. In person's accompanying - should I add my husband and kids?
c. My passport as renewed in ChUSA ? What will be the place of issue/country of issue for my passport?
Applicant Profile for Visa Appointment
a. Passport Issuance Place: Should I use Chicago (which is written on my passport) or India?
b. Petition Details - Should I use the start and end date on the I797 or my actual start and end dates (the approved petition has different dates based on the processing)
