Multiple Transfers

Hi All,
i'm working in Company A and got offer from Company B,C . Company B would like to file the Transfer and Company C would also like to file Transfer But Company C wants me to join on receipt Number.

Consider Company B has filed Transfer in Premium first lets say in March 1st week and Company C filed in March 3rd Week in Regular processing and i joined Company C in Sometime April 1st week on Receipt Number due to compulsions, would this affect the Company B Transfer process incase if i would like to join Company B ?

i have Company A H1B and i-94 until Aug, 2019.

Please help me understanding these situations
