I am on H1B visa in US and my current visa is valid till March 23rd, 2019. I have already received an H1B extension approval notice and it is valid till June 2020. I may not be able to travel to India in next couple of months due to project work. I would like to bring my Wife to US and i would like to know if she can appear for H4 Visa stamping from India and travel. Will consulate refer to latest I94 entry on my H1B extension document or will they refer my last stamping entry on my passport?
