H1-B transfer denied. looking for options.
Hi All,
I worked with Employer A on H1-B and I-94 is valid till Oct 2019. I moved to different employer 'B' and started working on H1-B transfer receipt number. Today I came to know that the H1-B transfer petition was denied. Another employer 'C' filed H1-B transfer petition 1 month back. Can I work for employer 'C' on receipt number or Do I need to leave the country?
