This is my 6th year in H-1B cap. After having worked for more than 5 years on H-1B, left company-A and joined company-B during January,2018, and started working with transfer receipt copy. After RFE, transfer was DENIED this month Feb, 2019.
Meanwhile company-B processed PERM and I-140 is approved now.
Petition with company A is still valid and not yet revoked. But that I-94 expiry mentioned in the very last petition of Company-A, is shown as valid until 03/05/2019 (11 more days from today). My questions are:
1. Is that I-94 still valid ? OR I need to leave the country ASAP? any grace period ?
2. Can Company-B apply once again for the same position or different, using I-140 this time?
3. Can another employer Company-C apply for a job position using approved I-140?
