How long can I stay in the US ??

Hello,

Here is the case..

1. My visa is valid till 30 Oct 2007

2. Date on the I-94 is 10 Nov 2007

3. I transferred the visa to a new company and now the new petition is valid upto June 2009

For how long can I stay in the US ?

With a new petition you will get a new I-94 attached and you can stay in US till the date mentioned in the new I-94 which may be till June 2009.

I have the new I-94 which came along with the new 797 but there is no date on it !!
