Hi All,
I currently have a H1B approval from Company AAA for which I worked in France for two years till June 2018( from 2015 November to Jan 3 2018 in France, Jan 2018 - June 2018 work from home from India)
Currently I joined a company BBB in Germany from January 2019.
Company AAA does not know that I am in Germany( I don't wanted to tell them as well), in their view I am still in India searching for a job. So they are sending all the documents to India.
Now I have the following questions,
1. While filling the the DS160 form, should it be mentioned as current company is Company BBB ?
2. Can I attend visa stamping Interview from Germany ? are there any complications ?
