Hello,
I am an Indian citizen holding a US masters degree, i have been working for a US MNC for the past 3 years and unfortunately was unlucky in the H1B lottery thrice. My company decided to send me to their overseas location for a year while trying another shot at the H1B. I have a few questions regarding this application
1) Would my application still qualify for the masters Quota?
2)What documentation is collected for applicants from outside the US?
Are the pay-stubs from my current location required
Do i have to submit my expired docs such as (I20?S, EAD, I797?S,F-1)
4) Is the application process any different from what is normally done? I would like to personally speak to a lawyer who has experience in these types of cases.
Best regards,
nconcess
