    Consular H1B transfer before stamping

    Hi,

    I am currently on F1OPT and my H1B application applied through consular processing got picked in the lottery in 2018. I received I797 that is valid from October,2018. I am yet to get the visa stamping done. Is it possible for me to switch to another company and not lose this status before stamping?
