Started working for company B based on receipt.
Received RFE in November 2018.
Filed H4 petition in parallel on February 06, 2019.
RFE responded on February 12, 2019.
I-94 expired on February 12, 2019.
I need to take a break from work for family medical emergency. Is it okay to quit my job with employer B since my H4 receipt date is before my i-94 expiry date.
If I do, will I be tagged as working unlawfully for employer B (I assume they are going to withdraw my petition) ?
