What happens if I don't new employer after H1B transfer completed
Hello,
I recently accepted a new Job from Company Y as I am not happy with projects at my current company X. We have small number of projects and no scope to improve skills. Company Y started my H1B transfer process, it may take 2-3 months due to nonavailability of H1B premium processing. Couple questions regarding this
1. What happens If I don't join Company Y after H1B transfer approved? Can I stay with my current company? Can Company Y revoke my H1B?
2. How can I get my H1B back to my current transfer? What happens if I go to India after H1B transferred to a new company and I declined to join them?
