Hi All,
My Current H1B has expired and my company A filed for the extension for which i got an RFE. Meanwhile i got another offer for company B and they are planning to do my visa transfer. Just wanted to check is it s good idea to go ahead and file for transfer with company B while my current extension with company A is being IN RFE.
Let me know if nay one has faced any such situation and has taken any such step.
