    Can a couple apply for H1B-transfer and Visa status change simultaneously

    Hi

    I came to US on H4 visa . Company "A" applied for my H1B visa which is still under processing. Now my husband want to change to another company (i.e. H1B transfer). Will it effect my H1B visa processing because i still have H4 on my husband's current company?
