H1B RFE - Client Changed
Hi Guys,
Need some guidance. My fresh H1B petition was raised in Feb 2018 when I was working on a project for a Client, let's say named A. I received an RFE in Jan 2019 (Yes, the process took so long this time) and one of the documents asked for is the Client Letter. The trouble is that now I am working for a different Client, say B. Client A is unwilling to provide a Client Letter now since I no longer work for that Client. But, I can get a bulk Client Letter from them.
On the other hand, I can get all the required documents to respond to the RFE from Client B including the Client Letter. The Global Immigrations Team of my company says that if we change the Client now, the chances of denial are quite high. What do you suggest? Should I respond to the RFE with documents from Client A using the Bulk Client Letter (which does not contains my name in it) or should I respond by using all the required documents from Client B?
Also, can't such a case be treated like an amendment if I respond to the RFE using documents from Client B? I have heard amendment cases have a better rate of approval. Your help and guidance is appreciated.
