Hi,
My H1B Visa validity is till 30th April 2019, and I94 date mentioned in my I797 is 10th May 2019.I have an urgency to go to India at 1st week of April and return by 18th April or Max by 24th April. I have to go for stamping also, eligible for drop box. I am planning to apply for next extension as soon I return to USA, as I talked to my company Visa team and have all documents ready to submit.
Please advice if I will have any problem during my port of entry, as i have very less days to Visa expire?
