    H1 stamping: Consultant issues

    Hi,
    I am working in US on H1b as a consultant since Jan 2006.
    I am planning to visit India in Oct and get my H1 stamped.
    Please advice me of any problems, or concerns that I need to be aware of.
    The company sponsoring H1 is a desi consulting company started by desi guy, will this afect my chances for geting the stamping done?
