Hi All,
My petition extension got denied after RFE while I was in US during September 2018. So I had to travel back.
What my firm did was to reapply in non cap and it has now got approved(5 months later).
My question now is with DS160, with answering visa Interview questions I see that I am eligible for drop box. I do not know if I did any mistake or not, but having answered following questions, it suggests i qualify for Interview Waiver
I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to apply - YES
My most recent visa was issued in India - YES
I received my visa after January 1, 2008 - YES
My prior visa is not annotated ?Clearance Received? or ?Department Authorization? - YES
My most recent visa (in the same class for which I am applying) was not lost/stolen or cancelled - YES
I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance - YES
If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months. - YES
For drop box I believe I need to submit recent payslips - which I only have till Sept2018, would this be a problem?
